South Tahoe Express offers 11 departures daily between the Reno/Tahoe International Airport and South Shore Lake Tahoe Resorts: Caesars, Harveys, Harrah's, Horizon, Embassy Suites and Lakeside Inn. Fares are $21 per non resident one way, $38 per non resident roundtrip, $16 per South Shore resident one way, $32 per South Shore resident roundtrip, $11 per child one way (4-12 years old), $20 per child roundtrip (4-12 years old) and free for child 3 and under. South Tahoe Express Welcome Center located at the Reno/Tahoe International Airport is open 7 days a week from 5:30 am to 12:30 am. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Shuttle services and public transportation services are literally everywhere. Ski resorts, attractions and casinos offer free shuttles. And low-cost trolleys and taxis are widely available. Operating daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (summer only), the Trolley provides narrated trips throughout the South Shore. Serving casinos, campgrounds, beaches, the Heavenly Tram, shopping centers, recreation sites, restaurants and the paddle wheelers, passengers can travel all day for only $3 and get on and off as often as they like. Trolleys roll by every 60 minutes.
